Can I hire a vehicle without a driver?
No. Tourist vehicle hire in Bhutan is normally provided with a driver. The national tourism website states that self-drive rental vehicles are not available.
Does the published daily rate include fuel and driver costs?
Inclusions vary by vehicle and itinerary. We will specify fuel, driver costs, parking, tolls and any applicable charges in your final quotation. Do not assume all items are included in the indicative rate.
Do I have to buy a full tour package?
No. You can request private transport only. If you need a guide, accommodation or a complete itinerary, ask us for a package quotation.
How does the advance payment work?
After availability and rates have been confirmed, we send a written quote showing the advance payable to Bhutan Taxi and the remaining payment due. Depending on the arrangement, the remaining balance may be paid directly to the transport operator. Cancellation and refund conditions are shared before payment.
Can I book from India?
Yes. Send an enquiry with your travel dates, entry point and intended route. Available payment methods will be confirmed with your quotation. We do not collect card or UPI payments through this demo page.
Can you arrange an airport pickup?
You can request an airport pickup, transfer or a longer multi-day itinerary. Availability and minimum charges will be confirmed in your quote.
